Nice quote I would say. Hey peeps, I’m back. If you have helped me done a count down, I think I would like to apologize to have wasted your time. I just failed my battle against A level. Not that I wanted it this way. Complexities I would put it. I’ve chose to retain for a better reason next year, to grasp all the knowledge I’ve failed to grasp this year and mastering them. I don’t like to call it failure cause it does take quite some courage to press the restart button that gives you a whole good new reason not to do badly the second time round. Life is not a game but rather a future that one have build upon. Every minute mistake that was done in the past determine one’s future. Scary as it seems but this is the reality that I’ve finally realized. No matter how good one can be in the sporting field, it is ultimately the academics that brings one further in life( that is if you are born in Sg. One is expected to be “Ben 10”, to be an all-rounder ). I’m just thankful that my family and friends understand what I’ve to go through and pushing me on. I know I may have upset my dear friend with my decision of not continuing this journey till the end, I’ve tried, I’ve really tried my hardest up till prelims where I see myself getting a result from bad to worst although I’ve worked twice as hard in between BT2 to prelims. It made me felt like the harder I work, I’ve worsen my academics. It was a tiring catch-up game that I could never see an ending to it, it felt more like a endless tunnel as A levels drew near. I would never want to experience this anymore. I’m aiming to do well next year, 90rank points. I believe I can, given a “new lease of life” in jc. That means more sacrifice of Internet time to buck up on what I’ve missed out in my academics. I’ll try my best to update once a month or so, to update my progress. At least I can keep track of whether I’ve improved in my academics life and reflect upon it. Till then my dear friends, ciaos~.
